School Timing & Uniform
- Students must report to school by 9:30 AM every school day.
- Wearing the prescribed school uniform is compulsory.
- Students must wear their school badge and Identity Card while on campus.
- The School Diary, class routine, textbooks, notebooks, and necessary stationery must be brought every day.
- Students without the prescribed school uniform will not be allowed to enter the school.
Assembly & Discipline
Morning Assembly
- All students must participate in the Morning Assembly and Prayer, which begins at 9:35 AM.
Discipline
- Students are not permitted to leave the school premises during school hours.
- Roaming outside the classroom without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Every student is expected to maintain discipline and behave politely with teachers, classmates, and school staff.
Attendance & Examinations
Attendance
- Attendance at Foundation Day, Fateha Doaz Daham, Fateha Yaz Daham, Annual Sports Meet, Independence Day, Republic Day, Teachers' Day, International Mother Language Day, Children's Day, and other school programmes is compulsory.
- Special marks will be awarded for attendance and participation in these programmes.
- Students must maintain at least 80% attendance to be eligible to appear in examinations.
- Appearing in every examination is compulsory for promotion to the next class.
Examinations
- If absent due to illness, a written application and valid medical certificate must be submitted on or before the last day of the exam.
Diary, Academics & Health
School Diary
- Every student must bring the School Diary every day (Replacement: ₹50).
Academic Responsibilities
- Complete classwork assigned by teachers every day before coming to school.
- Remain in regular contact with the Class Teacher.
Health & Safety
- Bring a water bottle. Inform the School Head immediately of any serious or contagious illness.
Property, Cleanliness & Communication
School Property
- Take proper care of property. Damage requires compensation or potential expulsion.
Cleanliness
- Use designated dustbins. Avoid throwing litter, food packets, or wrappers inside or outside classrooms.
Communication
- Check notices regularly. Submit suggestions or complaints to the Class Teacher or the Complaint Box.
Parents & Guardians
- Check/sign School Diary daily.
- Monitor daily studies, attendance, and ensure good company.
- Encourage Namaz, good deeds, and moral character (Akhlaq).
- Submit leave applications in writing.
- Parent Visiting Hours: 9:50 AM - 1:00 PM on school working days.
